From BDO's homepage, a consumer may click on a hyperlink titled "Do Not Sell My Personal Information - For CA Residents as to BDO Investigative Due Diligence" to access a form to request to opt out of the sale of information relating to BDO's Investigative Due Diligence services. A consumer may submit requests to know and requests to delete by clicking on a hyperlink in BDO's Privacy Policy titled "'California Consumer Request' form."

BDO does not sell any personal information received from its clients, nor does it sell any personal information obtained in the course of providing Tax, Audit & Assurance, and other Advisory services to its clients. In its Investigative Due Diligence practice, BDO is retained by its clients to research and provide personal information about individuals in the form of reports as part of investment, transactional, and other due diligence. This practice may amount to a “sale” of personal information as such term is defined under the CCPA.
